Optical glass, perforated metal and folded paper catching lime and violet light

Studio concept / Brand / Motion

Signal / Noise

A studio concept for a culture platform, using light and texture to make one clear signal stand out.

The thinking

Make a culture platform stand out in a crowded feed.

A narrow beam of lime light cuts through glass and rough surfaces. The contrast gives the image a focal point while reflections create smaller details to discover.

Inside the direction

Three deliberate
decisions.

01

One clear accent

Lime carries the point of recognition against deep black and quieter violet reflections.

02

Materials with character

Scratched glass, perforated metal and folded paper make the composition feel physical.

03

Room to change format

The wide composition leaves space for a headline; the portrait brings the beam and surface detail closer.

The direction in context

One signal.
Another frame.

The portrait changes the balance: the glass fills the frame, and the lime beam becomes a line the eye can follow. It explores how the same idea can stay recognisable in a tighter crop.

The concept, in practice

The visual language

A wide material composition and a portrait close-up, built around the same palette and light direction.

Possible applications

Possible applications include event posters, title sequences and a responsive identity for cultural programming.
