01 / The challenge
An executive moves between research, decisions, communication and delivery throughout the day. A useful assistant needs to retain context, route work to the right specialist and return something the leader can act on.
02 / The work
Configured GREG around a Telegram conversation, with defined responsibilities, communication rules and a shared reference library. GREG frames the task, selects the workflow and reviews the response before returning it.
Designed Jessica for research collection, summaries, translation and content adaptation. GREG-DEEP provides an escalation path for complex analysis, strategic creative work and demanding deliverables. Structured handoffs carry the task, context, output format and constraints.
Built reusable modules for web intelligence, content production, audience research and page building. Separated essential working context from reference material loaded when needed, and defined how research findings and reusable patterns should be retained.
03 / What the work produced
An executive-assistant system with documented agent roles, reusable skills, persistent reference material and task-routing rules. Archived Telegram reports show GREG applying workspace and model-routing changes.
