01 / The challenge

Every market. One clear view.

A marketing team needed to see where people could discover its product, how that changed between markets and which opportunities deserved attention. Separate search exports and country reports made those comparisons slow and difficult to reproduce.

02 / The work

Define the product around real decisions

Structured the workspace around the brand, competitors, markets, languages and tracked queries. Configurable projects let the team reuse the same analytical system across countries and states.

Bring Google data into one structure

Built collection and normalisation tools for Google search results and Google Ads keyword demand, including search volume, CPC and competition fields. Validation and dated datasets make the evidence traceable from collection to the dashboard.

Turn results into market insight

Classified brand pages, controlled profiles, relevant mentions, competitors and other results. Rank and search-feature weighting produce comparable visibility measures, with separate views for brand searches and category discovery.

Deliver a usable analytical workspace

Built market overviews, GEO drilldowns, query-level evidence, content opportunities and CSV exports. The team can compare markets, inspect the results behind a metric and take a focused report into planning.

03 / What the work produced

A foundation
to build on.

A working, configurable analytics product with collection tools, structured datasets, interactive GEO views and exportable reports. One archived delivery covers 14 GEOs, 546 query–GEO pairs and 10,830 Google search results.

Project context

The dashboard presentation uses an anonymised project snapshot from 18 May 2026. Metrics describe search visibility and tracked keyword demand; they do not represent revenue market share or a forecast.
